How much is shipping?

In Australia if you send over $45 we ship most of our items for FREE!

Our larger furniture pieces are calculated on a per piece basis via our shipping calculator at checkout.

Our oversized pieces will be priced per order and a payment link will be sent to you after purchase. If you would like a quote before purchase or have any issues please email us at hello@oceanluxe.com.au

Do you ship Internationally?

We charge a flat rate of $20 for International orders of our homewares, brass and accessories range

Who delivers my order?

We use a mix of couriers, Australia Post and furniture removalists.
Depending on your location and the product you order we endeavour to find the most suitable delivery service for you.
We also offer free local delivery (postcode 2486-2488) or pickup from our warehouse at 1/11 Industry Dr, Tweed Heads South, NSW

Do you do custom orders?

If you are after a particular product you can’t see on our website, please don't hesitate to reach out to us to see how we can help.
All our products are also available in custom sizes and colours.

Where do you get your products from?

Our products are designed here in Australia and we work closely with talented artisans in Indonesia and India to bring these ideas to life. Ethical and fair workplace practises are of the utmost importance to us.

What are Pre Orders:

As we import our products directly into Australia we have the unique opportunity to offer our products to you before they land in the country. We will always display an estimated time if arrival however please note due to the nature of import delays can occur. We will endeavour to update you as best as we can.
